Chef Christopher Kimball may be best known for launching “America’s Test Kitchen” and “Cooks Illustrated.” But in recent years he left those ventures to start “Milk Street Kitchen,” a new magazine with two accompanying cookbooks that celebrate cooking styles around the globe and bring them to the American home cook. Kimball was recently in Chicago to talk to WBEZ’s Monica Eng in her own kitchen about his new book Tuesday Nights. It promises to bring easy fast meals to the American home cook using techniques from around the world.
