Do international institutions unfairly target Africans?
A major issue in addressing ongoing violence in countries like DR Congo and Sudan, is prosecuting war crimes. Elise Keppler is associate director of the International Justice Program for Human Rights Watch. She’ll talk about the difficulties in holding perpetrators accountable and her belief that institutions, like the International Criminal Court, unfairly target Africans.
