The documentary ‘The Act of Killing’ by filmmaker Joshua Oppenheimer tells the story of the Indonesian death squad leaders who presided over the executions of more than a million people in 1965. These death squad leaders helped the Indonesian military kill alleged communists, ethnic Chinese and intellectuals.
