Egyptian government wants to see protests end

Earlier this week Egypt's military-backed government ordered the security forces to clear out protesters who've come out in support of former president Mohamed Morsi. There are fears this could lead to new violence. Last week at least 72 people were killed in clashes with the security forces. Cherif Bassiouni, professor emeritus of law at DePaul University, tells us whether he thinks there is any way to reach a peaceful political solution to the current crisis. (Photo: AP Images).
