Afghanistan will hold elections on April 5th. This week a suicide bomber killed at least 15 people in Northern Afghanistan, stoking fears that violence would increase in the weeks leading up to April election. Schwartz Fellow at the New America Foundation and author of No Good Men Among the Living: America, the Taliban, and the War through Afghan Eyes, tells us what we can expect from the April elections.
