In contrast to what was laid out during the RNC, Democrats this week have suggested that the greatest threats to national security come from outside actors — such as ISIS and other terrorist movements. 

They’ve also suggested that a Trump presidency would put America at risk. 

We take a look at the Democratic Party’s foreign policy platform and get some analysis about some of the policy proposals put forth from Molly O’ Toole, a senior reporter at Foreign Policy who is covering national security and the 2016 election.
