German city sets example with sustainable energy policies
The German city of Bremen has set a target of reducing its carbon emissions by 40 percent by the year 2020. Joachim Lohse, Senator for Environment, Urban Development and Transportation for the city of Bremen, tells us how they plan to do it and why they have made this a policy priority.
