Global Activism: 'Right To Be Free' rescues Ghana child slaves

After hearing Ghanaian Eric Peasah’s story  about his work to rescue and rehabilitate child slaves who have been trafficked into Ghana’s fishing industry, Chicagoan and Global Activist Lori Dillon, created a local branch of Peasah’s NGO, Right To Be Free. For Global Activism, Dillon is back with Peasah, who now regularly visits Chicago to spread awareness and educate schoolchildren about enslaved children in Ghana. (Photo: Flickr/Andrew Moore)
