The Chicago Folklore Ensemble blends together oral history and traditional music in original compositions. The Ensemble has collected the stories and music traditions of master musicians from the Chicago immigrant communities of Ghana, Serbia, Argentina, Thailand and Jordan. Chicago Folklore Ensemble will perform live in the Jim and Kay Mabie Performance Studio.
