Syrian-American poet and activist Mona Haydar first garnered media attention in 2015, when she and her husband, Sebastian Robins, started a ’“Talk to a Muslim” donut and coffee stand in Cambridge, Massachusetts to fight Islamophobia.
Now she’s turned to rap music.
