Gridlock in Ukraine, “Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot,” and The Chicago Flamenco Festival

Earlier this week, Ukraine’s Prime Minister survived a no-confidence vote in parliament. The vote is just the latest sign that the country’s political turmoil is far from over. We talk about the possible consequences of the political instability. And when Kim Barker was the Chicago Tribune's South Asia bureau chief from 2004 to 2009. Barker detailed her experiences abroad in a book that has now been turned into a major motion picture starring Tina Fey called “Whiskey Tango Foxtrot". We ask Barker what it’s been like to have part of her life put on the “big screen”. Plus, tonight is opening night of the annual Chicago Winter Flamenco Festival 2016. We’ll get a preview performance by The Ensemble EsPanol Spanish Dance Theater.
