Last week a federal appeals court rejected Guantanamo detainee Abdul Razak Ali’s habeas petition, appealing his detention at Guantanamo. He’s been detained since March 2002. The decision came the same week that two other Guantanamo inmates, both Algerians, were repatriated to Algeria after both requested to be sent elsewhere. We discuss both cases with attorney Candace Gorman, who represents Abdul Razak Ali.
