Honduras' human rights problem through the eyes of one doctor

Honduras has the highest murder rate in the world. Dr. Juan Almendares is a physician, human rights activist and former presidential candidate in Honduras. Almendares joins us to explain why he sees the problem as structural, instigated by powerful economic groups who have muzzled democracy. (Photo: Flickr/Brooke Anderson)
