How rapes cases are handled in India

Today, an Indian court convicted four men of a fatal gang-rape of a still-unnamed Indian student. The incident occurred last December in New Delhi. The men, who face the death penalty, will be sentenced tomorrow. We'll talk with Aruna Kashyap, Asia researcher in the women’s rights division of Human Rights Watch.
