Is Eritrea the 'new North Korea'?

A number of moves over the past few years by Eritrea’s entrenched president, Isaias Afewerki - from allegedly forcing expatriates to pay a tax, to its treatment of the army and political prisoners - has caused many observers to call the embattled country, “The new North Korea." Michela Wrong is a journalist and writer on Africa. She spent many years in Eritrea and will give us her take on where the country is headed.
