Kenya’s President, Uhuru Kenyatta, has announced that his country will build a prison designated for terror suspects that he believes could “spread…poison” to ordinary prisoners. Some observers call the project “Africa’s GITMO”. Many detained suspected and convicted terrorists in Kenya are of Somali origin.
