The Honduran electoral authorities have declared that Juan Orlando Hernandez has an “irreversible” lead in what has been a hotly contested presidential race. We’ll discuss the election results with Alexander Main, a senior associate for International Policy at the Center for Economic and Policy Research. (A.P./ Eduardo Verdugo)
