Tunisia’s president has a declared a state of emergency, just a little over a week since a massacre took place at tourist resort there. The president says “exceptional circumstances require exceptional measures. ” Thirty eight people were killed in beach resort attack. It came just months after terrorists stormed another popular tourist attraction, the Bardo Museum.
