President Obama rarely uses his veto pen, but on Tuesday he issued only the 3rd veto of his Presidency when he struck down a Congressional measure to approve construction of the Keystone XL pipeline. The system would run oil from Alberta, Canada to the U.S. Gulf Coast. We’ll talk with, Ben Gotschall, energy director of the advocacy group, Bold Nebraska. He’s also a Nebraska rancher who would be affected by the pipeline.
