The legend of Greek-American opera singer and actress, Maria Callas, has only grown since her death, some 40 years ago. Maria by Callas,the new film by filmmaker/photographer, Tom Volf, chronicles her life with the unique twist of Callas narrating in her own words. Milos Stehlik, director at Facets Chicago, interviews the world’s great and innovative filmmakers for Worldview. For today’s “Master Class”, he chats with Volf about what drew him to Callas.
