Policy experts take a crack at solving 'The Syria Dilemma'

The evacuation of civilians from a section of the city of Homs began early today. This is the beginning of a planned humanitarian intervention which was agreed upon during peace talks in Geneva. It's the first of its kind since war began in Syria three years ago. In the new book The Syria Dilemma, 20 policy experts give their perspective on how to solve the ongoing conflict which has killed more than 130,000 people. We'll talk with Danny Poster and Nader Hashemi, co-editors of The Syria Dilemma. (Photo: AP)
