President Obama heads to Mexico and Costa Rica to talk immigration and drug wars

President Obama is expected to visit Mexico on Thursday. While there, he'll meet with President Enrique Pena Nieto. Obama also plans to stop in Costa Rica to meet with Central American presidents. Laura Carlsen of the Center for International Policy will challenge the conventional wisdom on U.S. motives for the trip and on U.S. policy for Latin America. (Photo: AP Images).
