Russia bans food imports from US, EU and others

Russia says it is banning the import of meat, fish, milk and milk products and fruit and vegetables from the United States, the European Union, Australia, Japan, Canada, and Norway. The ban is a response to the sanctions that have been imposed on Russia. Matthew Rojansky, the director of the Kennan Institute at the Wilson Center, tells us what he thinks the Russians hope to achieve. (AP Photo/Ivan Sekretarev)
