Scots head to the polls to vote on independence

After years of planning, Scots head to the polls today to decide whether to become an independent nation or to remain a part of the United Kingdom. Scots living abroad are not able to vote in the referendum that could end a 307 year old relationship between Scotland and the U.K. We’ll discuss the vote and possible ramifications with Scottish-Chicagoan Euan Hague,chair of DePaul University’s geography department.
