Recent news reports suggest that the Middle East Peace process may be on the verge of another breakdown. Yossi Beilin has seen the twists and turns of the peace process from up close. Beilin initiated back channel talks that started the Oslo peace talks. He was a member of the Israeli Knesset for 20 years and a cabinet minister in a number of Israeli governments.
