Jo Becker is the advocacy director for the Children’s Rights Division of Human Rights Watch, and she’s the co-author of their new report on abduction of children to fight with the Karuna Group in Sri Lanka.

She has testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on the issue of child soldiers and conducted recent field investigations on the use of child soldiers in Burma and Northern Uganda.
