New Lancet Study Finds Climate Change Could Lead To Increased Rates Of Deadly Diseases

A new study from The Lancet finds that climate change could lead to the deaths of as many as half a million people by 2050. 

The study looks at how diets would change due to reduced agricultural productivity. According to the results, the change in diet and food consumption would lead to increased rates of certain kinds of diseases, such as diabetes and cancer.
