The Andy Tsege Case

British citizen Andargachew ‘Andy’ Tsege is a well-known opposition figure to the current Ethiopian government. In 2014, Ethiopian authorities detained and rendered Tsege from an airport in Yemen back to Ethiopia. He now faces the death penalty. We’ll talk about Tsege’s case with Maya Foa, director of the Death Penalty team for Reprieve, a UK-based human rights organization that represents Tsege and his family.
