The U.S. has been hitting ISIS targets in the Syrian border town of Kobani. Several news reports suggest that ISIS is close to capturing the town, despite the U.S. air campaign and Kurdish fighters working to defend it. Turkey’s president has called for greater support for the rebels fighting inside Syria, saying that Kobani was “about to fall.” We’ll take a look at whether Turkey is likely to intervene militarily in the current conflict with Henri Barkley, a professor of international relations at Lehigh University.
