In his book If Mayors Ruled the World, political theorist Benjamin Barber makes a case that cities and the mayors who run those cities are better-equipped to tackle big issues – everything from terrorism to climate change. In a panel discussion later this week, Barber will way on what role cities should play in crafting their own foreign policies.
