Ukrainian government and pro-Russian rebels agree to ceasefire

Last Friday the Ukrainian government and pro-Russian rebels reached a ceasefire agreement. New shelling over the weekend near the Donetsk airport in eastern Ukraine raised concerns about whether the ceasefire could be sustained. We’ll get an update on the situation with Matthew Rojansky, the director of the Kennan Institute at the Wilson Center.
