U.N. affiliated travel service promotes cultural exchange
A few weeks back we did a segment about AirBn, the travel app which lets you find home and room rentals across the globe. Well, there is a similar, non-commercial service out there for people traveling internationally. It’s called Servas and it is an official U.N. affiliate organization that traces its roots back to 1948. Servas board member Stephanie Downs Hughes and frequent Servas traveler Jesus Valasco joins us to tell us how it works.
