What world governments can do to address climate change

The UN will host a climate change summit tomorrow. World Leaders from 120 countries will attend, with the notable exceptions of China and India. We’ll speak with Sir David King, UK special representative for Climate Change. He’s on his way to the UN summit and he’ll talk about the possibility for movement by world governments on addressing dangers to our climate.
