Worldview took the Global Activism series on the road to India in conjunction with the Chicago-based NGO, India Development Service (IDS). We’ll continue the series today with our visit to the most densely populated desert region on Earth, India’s Rajasthan State. We’ll talk with Dr. Prakash Tyagi, executive director of Gramin Vikas Vigyan Samiti (GRAVIS). His group has been working in Rajasthan State for more than 25 years on issues such as water security, health, education and animal husbandry.
