Today on Worldview:

  • A ‘Clean Jobs Bill’ is moving its way through the Illinois General Assembly. We talk with two advocates in favor of the bill. Steve Clemmer is director of energy research and analysis and Jessica Collingsworth is Midwest energy policy analyst for the Union of Concerned Scientists.

  • A new concept album entitled "The Long Road" pairs artists like Robert Plant and Tinariwen with refugees in the UK to tell their story. On Global Notes, we speak with Reuben Koroma, founder and bandleader of Sierra Leone's Refugee All-Stars, who helped organize the project alongside the British Red Cross.
