As the U.S. lifts its 50-year old arms embargo on Vietnam, many experts view the decision as a part of a strategy to contain China. We examine the larger implications of the move. We also talk with environmentalists Robert F. Kennedy Jr and Phillip Abrary, the president and CEO of Ostara, a nutrient management company. They’re in Chicago for the opening of a nutrient recovery facility in Cicero, IL. It’s intended to replenish and save waterways from the Chicago River to the Gulf of Mexico.
