Worldview is on the road. Today, our show comes to you from London, Ontario, where we are enjoying Canada’s largest global music festival, TD Sunfest. Alfredo Caxaj, a Guatemalan refugee, founded the festival in 1995. In the years since, Sunfest has grown, taking place over four days in Victoria Park under the direction of Caxaj and his daughter Mercedes. We are joined by Catalina Maria Johnson, host and producer of Vocalo’s Beat Latino, as we speak with Alfredo about London’s increasing diversity and his goals for the festival.
