Colette comes to CPM from the Chicago Reader where she served as the Director of Development. With a breadth of knowledge and expertise in funding nonprofit journalism, Colette helps to sustain and grow CPM’s institutional giving portfolio. Colette holds an MA in Islamic Studies from the University of Chicago where she studied and produced research on the intersection of oral history and sexual health.
Originally from California, Colette is constantly deepening her knowledge of the Midwest and has a deep love affair with the city of Chicago. When not at home or in the CPM office you can find her in the Music Box Theater or walking her dog through Albany Park where she lives with her husband.
