Prior to WBEZ, Mary Carol was a Director of Development in Chicago for the University of Notre Dame where she worked with individual and corporate donors supporting all areas of the University. Mary Carol began her career in media strategy and investment at Leo Burnett, working on Allstate, Kellogg’s and P&G. She spent 20 years in media sales on Cosmopolitan with Hearst and Parents with Meredith, covering the Midwest and Texas.
Mary Carol earned a B.A. in English and Business from the University of Notre Dame.
