Nick DePrey is the Director of Product. In this capacity he leads end-to-end product development for Chicago Public Media’s apps, websites, publishing tools, and membership platforms.
Previously Nick worked on the product team at NPR for five years, where his research in listening data derived the NPR One app informed editorial and product strategy. Nick also moonlights as a freelance composer and music producer. He has produced themes and scores for powerhouse audio companies including NPR, Gimlet Media, KQED, and Harvard Business Review. Nick attended the University of Notre Dame and is a native of St. Paul, MN.
