Tyler Greene manages events and experiences for Chicago Public Media (WBEZ 91.5FM & Vocalo 91.1FM) including live podcast shows, theatrical collaborations with our award-winning journalists and experiential marketing projects. He’s also the House Manager for NPR's Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me! For 7 years, Tyler was the local leader of The Moth storytelling live events in Chicago. He was also the Artistic Director of the first-ever Chicago Podcast Festival and Creator/Executive Producer of Sounds Like Chicago, a three-day podcast festival at Steppenwolf Theatre Company exploring the local podcasting scene. With WBEZ, Tyler launched and currently runs the Podcast Passport event series, which brings national podcast productions to Chicago audiences. Through this series, he's worked closely with shows like Buzzfeed's Another Round, WNYC's Death, Sex & Money, Nancy, NPR Politics, Code Switch, Reveal, The Axe Files with David Axelrod and Pop Culture Happy Hour, as well as WBEZ's Nerdette, Filmspotting, Curious City and Sound Opinions. In what spare time he has left, Tyler cooks for his husband, plays tennis and buys self-help books that he vows to one day read. You can reach Tyler on Twitter and Instagram.
