As memorial events across the city commemorate the 20th anniversary of 9/11, some have been impacted by the recent end to the Afghanistan War. The Chicago Marines Foundation will host a 9/11 and Afghanistan Memorial Hump on Saturday, walking from Millennium Park to Wrigleyville.
