Some legal experts are saying that President Trump’s revised travel ban still raises constitutional concerns. Aziz Huq, a law professor at the University of Chicago, says the new executive order may address due process claims raised by valid U.S. visa holders and legal residents, but questions remain over whether it is motivated by an intent to discriminate against Muslims. The order states that it aims to restrict travel for nationals of countries that sponsor terrorism or are conflict zones.
