The Catholic Church is dealing with the fallout from yet another scandal after the release of a Pennsylvania grand jury report detailing seven decades of sexual abuse and cover-up by church leaders.

U.S. Catholics are increasingly unhappy with the church’s handling of sex abuse scandals, according to January Pew Research Center survey. Just 45 percent of Catholics said Pope Francis is doing an “excellent” or “good” job addressing the crisis, down from 55 percent in 2015.
