Chicago has received national news coverage because of its gun violence. But once the news station moves to the next breaking story, where does that leave the families who have been personally impacted? The Triibe, a new digital platform, has took the initiative to humanize victims of gun violence. Recently,  they launched a unique project, the docupoetry series, called “Another Life.” 

The Morning Shift sits down with Tiffany Walden and Morgan Elise Johnson, the Co-Founders of “The Triibe” to discuss their inspiration behind their venture.
