Chicago Public Schools has been hosting community meetings in neighborhoods where schools could possibly be closed for under-use. The public meetings have drawn hundreds of parents, students and activists demanding that their schools not be closed. The last of these meetings was last night and WBEZ’s Becky Vevea will put the action in context.
