Germany is considered by many to be the beer capital of the world. And while German beer may be celebrated for its pureness, parts of Germany’s beer business seem to be tainted. German authorities recently slapped five German breweries with over $145 million in fines this for price-fixing. Alice Ross, a Frankfurt correspondent for the Financial Times, joins us to explain what happened.
