Phiona Mutesi grew up in the slums of Kampala. She was three when her father died of AIDS. Years later, Mutesi dropped out of school to help her mother. Despite it all, the Ugandan teen managed to become a world-class chess champion. Worldview talks with the rising chess star and her coach, Robert Katende.
