In the year since the Rana Plaza factory collapse, local activists have been hard at work trying to combat the practices that contributed to the disaster. We’ll speak with Nancy Jones of Chicago Fair Trade about a campaign to make the city of Chicago a “No Sweatshop” zone. We’ll also talk with Martin Macias, a student at the University of Illinois-Chicago about his work with United Students Against Sweatshops and Jonathan Rosales, a student at Kelly High school in Chicago about their student efforts to make Kelly a ‘Sweat Free’ high school.
