A second victim died Sunday after a high school student opened fire Friday in a school cafeteria in suburban Seattle. Jaylen Fryberg shot his classmates before turning the gun on himself. Police are still investigating a motive for the shooting. Tragic shootings in schools like this, or the one in Newtown, Connecticut, in 2012 incite talk of changing gun laws, leading to political rhetoric to keep guns out of the hands of kids and out of schools. But often it remains just that-rhetoric.
